    This class takes the intensity up a notch with kickboxing influenced HIIT and strength training intervals! Short bursts of energy and short rests train your body to consume more oxygen that will result in higher energy not just when you’re working out, but throughout the entire day!

  • KickChoreo

    The crowd favorite! Think old school cardio kickboxing that your mom used to do in leg warmers, but make it a little more athletic. You’ll have to turn your brain on for this one making it the perfect distraction from your to-do list.
